The Dead Zone

Coming off of what feels like working 24 hours straight. . .yesterday I worked form 4pm til about 1am at my store and was then on loan to the Wally World store from 7am til 3:30pm today. So it feels like I've lived the last day on Burger Planet. I feel very tired right now and a tiny bit loopy, having less than 5 hours sleep and no mid-day napping opportunities. :)

I was surprised business wasn't swamped today. I guess the holiday shopping wasn't such a big fuss today, enough to impact me anyway, for which I am thankful for.

Netflix recently decided they were no longer going to offer previously viewed DVDs for sale and had a clearance sale to announce this. I treated myself to two of my favorite films from the past year: Juno and Once. If you haven't seen either of these films yet, you really ought to. If for no other reason than because I said so.

This post is about to degenerate into ramblings for ramblings sake, so, love to all, adieu!

One Week

It's been a long week and I've been a little busy here at casa Peterson. I've been a little flu-ey, but better now. Spent the week organizing my remaining comics and playing a little Dead Rising on XBOX360 (Drew, does yours freeze up every now and again? Mine does and it is annoying).

Trial news: the preliminary trial is set for the end of March, so a month and a half to prep Lash emotionally.

Last week my oncologist had me go for my yearly chest ct: I'm a-ok folks. No sign of remission.

I'm tired and literally have no idea what to say right now. I'll be back more regularly next week.
