We mealed with the Taylors' slightly extended family and Terry. I just wanted to thank everyone who helped make the day go well by contributing good food, helping watch kids, not complaining while I Katamari'd. . .
I dodged having to McWork today, but didn't dodge cooking. Apparently I've made a name for myself as a quality cranberry sauce brewer, so that was my task (one I was happy to complete--I happen to love my homemade cranberry sauce as well. I should make it more frequently.) Denise made pumpkin bread, muffins and cookies. All great. Chris made a very nice, very juicy turkey.
So much fr watching what I eat; I watched myself eat three plates (though plates 2 & 3 were only cranberry sauce and turkey).
Hope y'all had a very pleasant Thanksgiving holiday (or Thursday as you non-US Americans call it).
