Slow Maintenance Thursdays

One of our toilets is on the fritz and our management folks aren't exactly being prompt about it. Thankfully, we have another fully functional one, but it can be annoying to run downstairs in the middle of the night. Better fix it tomorrow.

My sister has broken two since she moved in. Sigh. I managed to fix the one downstairs, but the one in the master bedroom upstairs is beyond my limited plumbing skills.

What I really want to know though, is what the heck she's doing to the darn things to mess them up so bad.
